Ingredients

Oil – 4 (four) tbsp
Cauliflower – 2 (two) medium size cut into florets
Onion – 2 (two) large chopped finely
Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 (two) tbsp
Tomato – 4 (four) large size pureed
Green Chillies – 4 (four) slit
Curry leaves a sprig
Chilli Powder – 2 (two) tsp
Black Pepper Powder – 2 (two) tsp
Cumin Powder / Jeeraka Podi – 2 (two) tsp
Coriander Powder / Malli Podi – 2 (two) tbsp
Turmeric Powder / Manjal Podi – 2 (two) tsp
Garam Masala Powder – 2 (two) tsp
Salt to taste
Sugar – 2 (two) tsp
Unsure Curd / Plain Yogurt – 1 (one) cup
Coriander leaves – 6 (six) tbsp finely chopped

Spices:

  • Cinnamon stick – 2 (two) small piece
  • funnel Seeds / Saunf / Sombu – 2 (two) tsp
  • Cumin Seed / Jeerakam – 1
  • bay Leaf – 1
  • Kalpaasi / Black Stone Flower – 2 (two) piece

Method Of gobi masala

Start by preparation the Gobi, take cauliflower florets in an exceedingly pan. cowl with water and cook for six to eight minutes. Drain it and put it aside.

Heat oil in an exceedingly pan, add within the whole spices and saute for a min.

Add in curry leaves, onions, chilies and cook until it’s golden.
then add in ginger and garlic paste and saute for a min.

Add altogether the spice powders beside some water and cook until oil separates, this prevents the spices from burning.

Now add in the tomato puree and cook until oil separates.
Add in sauteedGobi, salt, sugar and toss well within the masala. Pour water and produce it to a boil, simmer for five minutes.

Now take some curd in an exceedingly bowl, add a number of the gravy and blend well, this may temper the curd thus it won’t curdle once you add it to the curry.

Now add within the curd and blend well. Simmer for an additional five minutes.

Add in coriander leaves and blend well.
