Amritsari Chicken Recipe hindi

INGREDIENTS

For Marination:
  1. 500 gram Chicken
  2. 2 (two) tsp ginger garlic paste
  3. 1 (one) tsp Lemon juice
  4. 1 (one) tsp Vinegar
  5. 2 (two) tsp onion chopped
  6. 1 (one) tsp Cumin powder
  7. 1 (one) tsp red chili powder
  8. 3 tsp curd
  9. 1 (one) tsp Salt

For Gravy
  1. 2 (two) tsp butter
  2. 1 (one) tsp red chili powder
  3. 1 (one) tsp coriander powder
  4. 1/2 (half) Cup Water
  5. 1 (one) tsp Ginger
  6. 1 (one) tsp Cumin Powder, chopped
  7. 1/2 (half) tsp sugar
  8. 1 (one) tsp Salt
  9. 1 (one)  green chili
  10. 6 (six) tomatoes
  11. 1/2 (half) tsp sugar
  12. 3 (three) tsp butter
  13. 3 (three) tsp Cream
For marination:


Take chicken in a big bowl.
Add ginger-garlic paste, curd, juice, vinegar, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, salt, and chopped onion to the chicken.
Mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
Keep aside for marination for two hours.

For gravy:

Take butter throughout a hot pan, add red hot pepper powder to it

Saute them throughout a pan.

Add coriander powder, cumin powder and sliced ginger to it.

Saute them well. Add water to the pan and mix well.

Add salt, inexperienced hot pepper, tomato and sugar.

Mix well. Take butter in another hot pan and unfold it all along the perimeters of the pan.

Add the marinated chicken into the pan.

Saute the chicken with the butter. Cover the pan to let the chicken cook.

Remove the lid and check if the chicken has turned golden brown and so the butter has subsided.

Add the well-done tomato gravy to the chicken and mix well. Cover the pan once more and let it cook for a brief time.

Now take away the lid and add cream to the gravy.

Mix them well. Serve hot, lidded with butter, coriander leaves and inexperienced chilies
